Enforcer Prestige
Is There any way to get your prestige down or block it so it doesn't get to 5 stars ?

Only way i know is go afk for a bit or drive on the sidewalk hitting everything you can.

Lol just kill an enforcer that's at Prestige 5 and it will lock your prestige at level 1 or 2 for a while
