Are there any scripts that affect other players?

Like if you can "infect" a player. Such as give them health or infinite ammo.
Give a player money,give exp, or unlock weapons/mods. Is there a script that can do that?

you can tase/bleed out other users and more or crash their game. (or crash the whole crimenet)

if they want all the goodies they need to have a trainer themselves.

there is way but its highly disruptive to the game, so not fit for release.
