Dumb Bus Drivers...
This might sound different because it was posted on my Face Book so it was meant for people who know me well
Lol okay so most of you know how i attempted to bring a scooter onto the bus right? I live inbetween stops and it takes me fifteen minutes to get from the stop to my house. Anyway I was having a great time talking with my friends at the bus stop and the bus pulls up and i begin to board it.
IDIOT= Bus Driver JC=ME Jordan !
Idiot: Hey hey hey, (sticks arm out to block youngsters path) you can't bring that on here.
JC: Uh why not?
Idiot: I already told you before you cant bring that stuff on here.
(I had never attempted to bring anything other than a backpack onto the bus before)
JC: Uhhh no you havent. I ride to school and I haven't attempted to bring a scooter or skateboard on the bus before.
Idiot: I said no stuff like that!
JC: I folded it up and everything! It the same size as an instrument case!
Idiot: I won't allow it! You can't bring this on the bus!
JC: I don't see whats wrong with bringing it here.
Idiot: Its against the rules! DO YOU WANT TO SEE THE VICE PRINCIPAL!!?!?!?!?!
After restating all of my major facts and him threatening me again several times with the Vice Principal line I said
JC: Your not giving me a valid reason as to why I cant bring this on the bus?
Idiot: DO YOU WANT TO SEE THE VICE PRINCIPAL!!?!?!?!?!
JC: No..... (Ive already said no wtheck is this guy thinking?)
Idiot: DO YOU WANT TO SEE THE VICE PRINCIPAL!!?!?!?!?!
JC: This is my only way to get to school! What do you want me to do walk to school?!
Idiot: You can't bring that on the bus. DO YOU WANT TO SEE THE VICE PRINCIPAL!!?!?!?!?!
JC: (Ugh enough of this Vice Principal crap im not scared of you) No... Well since you dont want to give me a ride i guess i have to walk to school! (Turns around) (Line of People waiting to get on) EXCUSE ME!
Connor Stapley (Through Bus Window) : Dude you should call the district!
JC: Lol naw im going to go up to the office when i get to school and sort all of this out.
After racing my butt off trying to get to school i finnaly arrive with my shirt drenched in sweat.
I walked into the office and mentally prepared myself for the ordeal ahead.
JC: Is their someone in particular i need to talk to about matters related to the bus?
Office Lady: Umm yes! BLAH BLAH (Forgot his name) The Dean of Students can help you. Hes in a meeting at the moment though.
JC: Oh okay thank you! Ummm. .Do you happen to have a copy of the student handbook i can borrow?
Office Lady: Sure! (Goes to retrieve handbook) Here ya go!
JC: Thank you!
After flipping through the student handbook i found no rules that said you could not bring a scooter onto a school bus. (=P) Their was only one rule that i found that was relevant to scooters and that was that Scooters are not allowed on campus. I wasn't too worried about that rule because i have seen other people using scooters around school.
Finnaly the dean of students had finished his meeting and he called me into his office so we could converse.
Dean: So whats up?
JC: (After a few nervous random tidbits of info i relayed my whole story back to The Dean of Students)
After he listened he said
Dean: I dont know that their are any rules about not bringing scooters onto the bus but i can look into it!
JC: All right thank you!
After that he jotted down some quick notes about my bus and my name
Sooo I went through the rest of the day not hearing from him until eighth hour
He only said that he hadn't heard back from anyone and that he would go out to talk with the bus driver at the end of schooll. i said thank you and had a good rest of my day.
