Cloaker Bag/Code Script?

Hello,

I have got cloakers fully working and moving around the map, only problem is for some reason Cloakers can NOT down you with there Spooc attack if your carrying a bag/painting of any sort.

I was just wondering if there was possibly a little code or if someone could make a quick little code to allow cloakers to down you if your carrying a bag/painting of any sort.
