Spam Bot Interval

Hello all, I'm not sure if this is the right section but I'm here to ask for your help XP. How much time between messages are allowed so your not blocked? First one to help me will get their name on the program (maybe...) or will be repped.

if you are making a spambot, i suggest a spambot which puts 1 letter or symbol behind the phrase and then back to normal
