Minecraft Account Checker + Proxy in Vb2010?

Since I haven't found a working minecraft Account Tester, I decided to code my own one.
It is working fine so far. It checks the accounts for premium and if its passwords are working.
There is only one big and annoying problem.
After checking like 20-30 accounts (all premium) I am starting to get "Bad Login" response from the minecraft.net servers. Even if the accounts in the list are premium. I think, it might be some kind of IP blocking from their servers. So I would like to add a Proxy list, that switches the Proxy server
after checking every 10th account.
I recently used google to find a solution, because I am too stupid for that Proxy thing but I don't figured out anything helpful about it.
So, how do I add and change Proxy to my Form?
Or does anybody has a source?
