Stomp around with that foot, if that doesn't help you will most likely die, it happened to my friend he thought it was nothing then after awhile he was found dead in his room it is a tumor in your foot that goes to your brain... You should immediately go to a doctor... May God be with you...
Stand up and move around. Get the circulation going. If nothing happens, go to a hospital since there's no clinic open right now.
