Make IP Changer in VB 08??

Does any one know how to make a IP Changer in Visual Basics 2008??

And I am talking about 08, not 06

I know how to make it in note pad, but how for visual basics, I want to make it with a cool background and stuff??

Please make a tutorial with what to add and all the codes and the properties??

there is no such thing as an ip changer, the only way you can change you ip is if you have a dynamic ip address, if thats the case you wouldnt need to change it anyway as it changes it self

to use the ipconfig/renew command in vb.net (aka 08)

There is one for comb at arms, it changed the IP in some way so if you get IP banned, you can change IP and you can play CA again...
