Random Glitch

Ok So i was playing in 2 towers and i was trying get on top of were u get on the roof, were the windows r 2 snipe, but dumb people don't see you there so while i was trying to get on i moved my mouse wrong And fell into this glitch next two the window i was like Wtf?? o.O well heres some screenies
