Most toxic playerbase ?

In your opinion if you play more then 1 server or heard your friends talk about it is the most toxic server of them all ?
For example i found out there are much more trolls on EUNE then EUW because every game there is just one troll in EUNE even in gold and silver.
Just played one game where our darius fed on pourpose and his score was 0/52/0.
On EUW i have not had an problems not even in the bronze and silver days.Now even when i boost my friends it is still pretty solid even in Bronze V.
So yea what are you experiences and opinions on trolls and playerbases ?

I play in NA and there are trolls every few games. In ranked. It's horrible.

Just on my last game a vayne went top. Obviously this was not a problem...until she started to flame. I tried to help her as much as I could since I was jungle, but bot was also in desperate need of help. I thought I should go bot because they are more helpful than top can be since vayne isn't a tank. At this point, I told the vayne "I'm sorry, I'll gank as soon as possible but other lanes are in need of help." Then she started to say how bad of a jungle I was and if we didn't surrender she'd go afk. I asked her why blame me? A junglers job isn't to win your lane for you, but to help you. I have helped her earlier in the game and gotten her two kills. Then she started to go on about how I am suppose to win her lane FOR her. I don't know, but since the community is toxic, here's a bit of advice.

Just ignore them. There is a magic command called /ignore or pressing tab

EU is really toxic from when I played trying to level a smurf.

SEA is quite toxic too, Unlike NA server the players on SEA does not GET BAN at all! Its possible to troll a 100 games and insult and throw harassments at anyone and not get ban.

Or... you could play on the Korean servers and never run into trolls :P
Just joking but I reckon Korea have the least but be prepared to feel very undermined~

I run into a couple of trolls here and there, just hope for the best when you get queued up!

In OCE because the tribunal hasn't been setup in Ranked/Normals like everyone secound game I get either has a super toxic person or a huge troll. It's so hard to get a proper game in without someone going. " Meh tribunal not setup im not going anywhere"

In LAS each game 9 out of 10 players have a chat ban, and 2 are trolls
