Its usually a macro... Most are detected but you can try to make one for yourself.

All you need to do is set it so everytime you click it presses QQ really fast

Yah I would love to but i dont know a thing about coding. Im guessin if i were to start i would need visual basic?...nd source code

get a mouse with macro support.
