I just thought of something. Is Free-For-All mode requires DLC? If not, then I can temporarily modify my Lobby editor so that it could force host with at least one other person in the party. Unless Free-For-All is disabled when someone joins the party.

Tried new method. It may not work all the time but its the best I could get for now. Lobby Editor will be updated.
1. Invite one friend to you party
2. Activate Force Host + XP Lobby from Lobby Editor.
3. Choose A Game Mode.
There is a chance that you will get merged to another if that happens back out and try again. If everything goes smoothly, you will be host and do a XP Lobby. After the match is done, the lobby may change host. If so, back out and create new lobby.
