Is there anyone there able to make an emblem in the same way as below:

Nope,too much detail,won't fit in 40 layers,neither do we have gradient coloring.

You could check Emblems for Battlefield 4 for something like that! If you can't find one with text just add it. You import the emblem codes by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+J then just click add emblem and paste the code in the console. Hope I helped!
