bo2 language help

I have a account. That how high gave me and she says it is english but when I download and play it give a consle font error and bo 2 the main one is in a weird language but n can't play pl help

IDK, I had same problem, so that was why I suggested him to use the fixer..
Maybe simple Verifying of game cache would help..
