1.6.4 modded duping?
Is there any existing dupes for 1.6.4 modded minecraft?

Yes, get a client with freecam then get some powered rails and put a chest cart on them and have the items you want to dupe in it and have the minecart start moving and right click it then have it go into a portal while your in the chest. once it goes through take the items then go into the nether and get the items from the chest. duped.

Pretty much.
There might be some dupes in Bukkit when it updates (1.7.2), due to the fact that they normally screw some tiny details up after a big update.
