Would like to point out that no matter what security scheme you choose: anything you can do, a hacker can undo. Period.
I'd recommend what Biesi said and use a commercial product. Or learn how other encryption/obfuscation techniques work, and implement your own (like a simple xor function). --google "manually packing exe" for some ideas.
