My misses are negative and they wont seem to change, what could be the problem?

This issue has been known throughout other trainers as well, I haven't looked that much into it unfortunately.

with cod ghost on I have start ghost mp stats, I have change the time and I put on set but after the time was 0h 0min 0 sec why?? What is the exact procedure?

That is currently broken, it will be fixed in then next update.
