Why did this happen?

So I cheated on my css and after awhile I got banned but the ban wasn't only for css - it banned a lot of my games like tf2, hidden and even hl2 and portal (which don't have multiplayer). I tried contacting support but they just write that they can't say anything. I thought they ban only in that one game. I thought maybe they banned all vac games but my l4d is still playable so what the fuck?

You should check things more before hacking.

You get a "Source Engine" Ban. Meaning they ban you for every game that uses the engine that CSS uses, and that is a lot of steam games. Like TF2 Portal etc. only Global offensive Call of Duty or something, you won't be banned from.
