Missing MSVCP100.ddl missing!

Whenever I try to launch combat arms with my hack it says "The program can't start because MSVCP100.ddl is missing from the your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem." I have not had problems in the past when i'm launching hacks, so I don't know whats wrong this time. What I do is I open my injector in Administrated mode then add the hack. After that I hit auto inject, launch CA, and it says the MSVCP100.ddl is missing. Then I press ok and it launches CA. I tried launching the injector not in Administrated mode and when I launched CA it did not say the message but when CA got to the loading screen or when the little white guy runs out of sight CA crashes. Can anyone help?
