Hello community

I've a small issue with my PC wish someone can help me

Today I started my PC and went through some playing and chatting and I saw that copy shortcuts are not working " Ctrl + C/V/X " as well as Ctrl + F


I then figured out another shit , pressing " Ctrl + Shift " opens the windows calculator twice and some other random keys do the same like " Shift + O + [ "

I restarted the PC and ran a full scan and the same shit is still happening

Any ideas ? or a way to restore defaults or something " I'm using Windows 8.1 64 Bit "
