Need help with a random account

So today I wanted to login to my account thought the website.The website was set to EUW,and my acc is EUNE.I was like WTF,Why isn't my acc working?(I didn't know it was set to EUW)So I clicked on forgot username,and when I checked my e-mail,there was a name,that I never seen before.A new acc.So I asked for a password recovery,and then I got the summoner name.I checked it on lolking,and there was something weird

2 SAME Accounts,on 2 DIFFERENT regions...So I reset the password,and when I tried to login,on both regions it says that it's a wrong pass/username..I tried logging in with the client..Same..Can someone explain..or help?Thank you

This happens when you transfer your account from one region to another it is happening on my account that i transfered from east to west.

You know how to fix it maybe? :/

I think waiting would fix it. If not send a ticket to riot.

I'm not the OO..So IDK if that would help :/

Someone might've hacked your account and transferred it.
