Is It Possible

To find a server with no lag that's run by somebody older than 16, doesn't destroy eco with drop parties or not knowing how to change drop rates, doesn't make you dev within 2 minutes of joining the server, etc....

Of course its possible..? But it gonna be hard to find.

ProjectTR server from and for russian community fully fit the description. btw it got over 2500+ new items almost fully balanced ingame and 2490+ of it can be optained by playing game. It is a private and only for russian community server. I dont think you need it so much, becose Phoenix still more good incase of 6+ Devs.
ProjectTR: 1 very bad at coding and stuff Dev, but good at Reverse Engineering |Vs| Phoenix: 6+ Good and very skilled Devs.

I used to Work (doing virtual jobs for people, such as making programs and such), now I am a legalised company shareholder (Also meaning I don't particularly have to go to school), which does not require a minimum age.

Apparently, it's not legal to leave school before 16 there.
Full-time employment before 18 is only legally accepted if the person is in apprenticeship; that requires the government to pay him for the job.
Also it is required to continue some kind of training/education until 18.
