Marketplace "bot" is a macro that refreshes the Marketplace, usually the Weapon-section. Has the price sorted by lowest first and then tries to buy the item. It will then repeat over and over and you'll be lucky enough if someone stumbles into your trap and tries to sell his/her weapon for within your price-range.
THAT is what a Marketplace bot is, nothing more. Nothing less.
All you have to do is take the time to setup a, for example, AutoHotKey-macro for it. Aka, not worth 100 euros.

And how often does it work? Seems like it's pretty useless, considering anyone selling anything of value are veterans who wont get ripped off that easily.
