Hello, Drowlys. I have a solution that MAY [Not guaranteeing anything] solve your problem, Although It might not be right because I've got no education with speaking or reading French therefore, I'd have to guess what it's saying.
Solution:
Goto your 'Windows Firewall'>Goto 'Inbound Rules'>New Rule>Program [On the left hand side]>This Program Path>Add Server.exe>Next>Allow the Connection>Next>Keep all three checked>Next>Enter 'Server' as name>Done
*Scroll up, Find server and it should have a green tick on the far left-hand side. The profile should be 'Public' Enabled should be 'Yes' & action should be 'Allow'
