need a new video card (help)

so this pc has a nivida geforce 6150se and it sucks

so i wa slooking on ebay since im only looking to spend around 70 bucks maybe a lil more

not much as far as games combat arms crossfire etc nothing reallty to graffics heavy,but that dont mean i wont start playing other games but i want to get the best one i can for around that price i dont mind going over kill

do watch dvds and stuf fon the pc as well
