This new Vouch rule has to be followed by everyone!
Vouches from users who Has less than 50 posts and who Recently joined will no longer count as a Valid vouch
If you don't meet the requirements to Vouch, your post will be deleted and you will probably get banned/infracted.
This is to prevent "Self-Vouching" and "Fake-Vouching".
