What you can find in this CE table : All perks enabler, choose a weapon, camos, reticle, etc. In-game health, ammo, FOV changer. For MP and Extinction.

How can I enable Festive Pack?

Festive Pack consist of values for Weapon camo, patch, background and reticle. So, start a Cheat Engine, open iw6mp64_ship.exe process, open CodGhosts.CT, find in Multiplayer a Squad Soldiers # you want to change, then find and replace the Values for the following:

Background - 80
Patch - 574

Then, open a Loadout you need and change a camo and reticle for desired Weapon

Camo Weapon - 27
Reticle - 32

What is that??? Where is my credit inside a list? Continue to update, that is allways welcome, but KEEP a list of credits! And post them here in first post and do not steal my discriptions...

So, can you be a little more thoughtful and update you list in the way as it should be? Sure, you can add yourself credit here, but post all original credits in your first post.
