Well, In my opinion Yasuo is rather weak champion in early levels, but if you manage to keep yourself from harm's way until you get a couple of item, you'll wreck people's faces off with him. Also learning how to play him correctly also has an incredible effect to how you perform.

Actually, I might take back my statement. It seems that he is hit very hard by champs that have hard CC. Played as Veigar and Morgana against Yasuo and both times I raped him sooo hard
