Edit: taking another look at what the error says it seems like it's to do with the PMC expansion if you've bought this expnasion then I suggest re-installing it.
I think if you've bought the PMC expansion and you change your Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead key this error appears, if this is the case just verify integrity of game cache for the PMC expansion. (This works for me)
