Minads cracker crashes

Hi I'm using minads cracker and I got 8 gb of ram and a i5 proccesor so thats not the problem. But I use 7 password and 1,4k usernames. After I have been cracking for a hour it crashes ay idea why?

Same thing happens to me. I just stay in the hacked account log and just check what I get.
