Secrets?

I think it's safe to say that in BF4, I've encountered a good amount of hackers playing the game. The question is, where are these hacks at? Do the people who use them not want to give away their source? Or maybe they're trying to keep it away from the public because it would be detected over time? BF3 hacks are given away like candy lol. I'm just curious as to where they are & why people won't release their knowledge to others when it comes to BF4 hacks. I wouldn't mind messing around with people once in awhile.
