PatchedDAYZ SA Item / Weapon Spawn
(Ok guys first of all you must spawn it on the road)
Create a txt file in your dayz directory rename it in hint.sqf
Open hint.sqf with the notepad put in the sqf file your codes example "M4A1" createVehicle (getPosATL player);
save the file and close it
then start dayz go ingame
Get on a road then open cheat engine and search with string : ["onLoad",_this,"RscDisplayOptionsVideo",'GUI'] call compile preprocessfilelinenumbers "DZ\ui\scripts\initDisplay.sqf"
Double click on it and change the value to
[] execVM "hint.sqf";
Now you can close cheat engine go ingame and go to options and click on video options now all you items should be on the ground
IMPORTANT you must be on a road to see your items

and my other problem is, if i spawn a drink ( a can ) then the can is empty and not full. how to get full drinks?

tried to get antibiotics to 100% from 0% somehow, tried switching to diff containers and backpack, didn't work , need to try it out with friends later , to see if works for them

thought this is supposed to spawn it once? It literally creates a minefield around me of items for hundreds of people to grab.
Update just went live, seems to have stopped working for me. Can anyone confirm?

Damn, gotta wait for the next backdoor. Glad I had a bunch of shit spawned before steam forced it to update. There seem to still be a few servers running the old version so I wonder if I can force a downgrade...
Darky just released his script executor on a another site, strange right at the moment where this methode not working anymore o.o
