SolvedNEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hello i send a support ticket to z8games to fix the error that i had every time i tried to log on and now i think they focking banded my account for no reason i cant log in any more the accounts isnt any more on my e-mail i dont know wtf this is help please! :C

Once you set your information and click to log-in on Z8Games web page, did you press F5 or click on the support link(here too,seems like the information is incorrect or the account doesn't exist, it even tells me by message "Check log-in ID and password", but I click on close and do what I told you before)? Can you log into the game?
