Does anyone know if you can still use this to verify your PayPal? Because that's what I used, and I'm not too sure if it still works.

Yea it doesn't work anymore

It doesn't work as well as eTrade, Bancore, and the other free SHIT

Also.. you can't use it for free since PayPal must charge 1.50$ off the Credit Card you are going to add it into your account and will ask you for expose code/confirmation code which confirms that you are the card owner and charges the 1.50$ off your Credit Card and after the confirmation they add the 1.50$ to your PayPal Account.
