zIan development hack

Fixed. Searched for the 0F88F17295DB5DC9.dll file in my comp and deleted it. zIan hack is gone and so is the xTrap error.

You must request a moderator of the respective forum to close it (mention them with @[name]. You can know who is moderator of a forum just by entering on the forum you want and going to the bottom, there shows the names with a [MPGH] in front [never mention with [MPGH], just type the name]). In this case, you could do like this:

That won't work since the actual hack itself installs a .dll onto the local system32.

Go to computer>C>Windows>System32, it should install a file called "Gameselector.dll" - Remove that file and try launch Cross Fire. If that does not work the only way it will get fixed it to create a new user on the computer.

Well anyways, last time I've played cf was about 3-4 weeks ago. And yesterday I wanted to play it again. So I updated it and... :

Now I always get this message and game shuts off. I tried closing every damn proccess in task manager, and it still doesn't work.

You see, as soon as zIan hack stopped working (1,2 maybe 3 years ago) I deleted all zIan files. But I was foolish enough not to uninstall it. And now I've got no idea on how to remove it, I tried searching my whole computer of files cointaining "zIan" but no luck. And I can't shut it off in the task manager as it appears as HGWC (probably injected in cf file or something?).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.:
Somehow I couldn't spell zIan properly -> replace I with Y for the proper name.

Just delete everything that has to do with crossfire if not reinstall the installer and uninstall it from their last result reset
U need to put it the pic on a pic site and put in the URL to do so answers for first and second question
