I received a guide on how to respond to players' complaints. In my opinions, I really do like it. I feel like it would be better if it is cheaper as it is too expensive in the buyer's views. I talked to him about the prices and he would be dropping the price so it should be fine soon. The guide was quite good and I recommend this to those who wish to learn how to create a good minecraft server. +1

I agree. Most of these are tools. The Donation setup should even be $10.
You can use Enjin's Donation Store or BuyCraft. They're free and his taking advantage of this.
They are easy to setup.

To be honest, if you don't know any of these or you dont know how to set them up, then I dont think you should be running a MineCraft Server.
