Did you click on the "Set" button ? As you increase Wins or decrease Losses, your ratio will be higher. As you decrease Wins or increase Losses, your ratio will start lowering.

Well this is how it works increase your wins and if you're trying to change games you lost it's not gone work increase your wins and played games !
