Found a New Dupe!

Okay i was watching a stream/ skyping with a friend. He goes into his vault, puts his Equipment ( Dbow, 2 mana ) in the vault. He then nexuses and changes chars by pressing O.Goes to vault on his archer Picks up dbow 2 mana and goes to merch. Later he gets on his warrior and sees that it still has Dbow and 2 mana. He goes and gets on his archer and checks and see that he has them still on it. Is this a new dupe or was this some fucked glitch?
