It's extremely rare to win it... Personally I never won it. It's weird though.. seeing how all the beginner accounts always win it and high-ranked players never do.

i didnt win that much but i won 20,000 zp from the previous wheel e.e some person won enough zp to buy a vip weapon

I saw some people that saw their IGN in the corner say in the forums that they didn't receive their ZP and that it's been 3 days etc. So I'm not too sure about anyone winning the Jackpot. It's just another Z8Gays sham to get you to spend money on the game.
