Some one can make a mode, "hack" for change the normal sky into green screen?

i find it that your avatar is very scary @72kilates Theres already a mod on this section that changes the sky color

sowwie there is a mod that changes the UI map but not the screen , i tried to search it for awhile but im guessing its not here on this website . Ill let you know if There is one
