Referral Bot

Hey guys. Do any of you know a working referral bot for League of Legends patch 3.15? I think 3.15 is the latest one. Correct me if I am wrong. A simple referral bot that would get the account to level 10 or higher would be great.

I'm searching for a working one too, but it seems like if you want a good one, you need to buy one.

There doesn't seem to be one around here since the change to custom games
