Riots Match making ?

Idk but Riots matchmaking has been really weird giving me duo's that usually afk/feed. any clues ?

same as me, i been losing my game hard

I've heard if the person has never connected into the game and has not moved, you can report it to riot and get your LP back.

I don't normally lose my game hard but dam. the struggle of trying gold Lol. um only i got a retry/refresh was when i was in my series and we won hard that game but riot server was being weird and disconnected us all. o.o

That's not true, that way I could simply duoq with a friend, and he goes afk, then I report and get LP for free.
Too easy to cheat on mate, that's not going to happen.
Only way to not loss LP, if it's loss prevented aka server problems.

No, trust me, even if you play a 1v5 game, 4 afk's, you won't get your LP back.
That's not how riot works, there was a DIA 1 player who got hacked and got placed into bronze division, and riot dind't even put him on where he belonged, he had to play again up to DIA1, from bronze v.
Changing the numbers manually can give a shitload of problems to ranked queues, they won't do it.
If you loss because one afk, well deal with it, there is no coming back.
