Question related to modem tapping!

Well I have this McAfee firewall, it has this lockdown option. But in order for me to modem tap I have to use alt+tab to go back to the desktop to click the lockdown button and then going back onto CA to kill someone and then going back to the desktop to unlock. Is there anyway I can make a shortcut to just press keys ingame to disconnect+connect my connection to tap?(like using a note pad or something to create the shortcut?) Thanks in advance.
