Cheat Engine

Hi to the Mpgh Community
Well, the past two weeks i used this Cheat Engine in Combat Arms:

But Yesterday when i'd try it to download it i need to past a "Offer", how i can download it? i know how to get Unlimit Ammo and Infinite Life, but i can't download the Cheat Engine, If you have a tip to download please comment.

first off, i dont think combat arms will start with cheat engine open and it will crash after hackshield loads up.
