1040 Budget
Budget: 1040
Location: East Coast US
Site Preferance: CPu WILL be picked up from microcenter for sure, and for the others, any website as long as it is all in one place. Will buy form microcenter if cheaper.
Part preferance: I would prefer intel/nvidia but it doesnt matter that much if AMD can offer better preformance in GPU. And if its required to save some money for other things, I wouldnt mind and AMD 8350/20.
Overclock: Yes
OS?: Yes need an OS

This is pretty good combo for OC.
Can't you torrent OS and save 80$+?

thanks guys but i forgot to mention I need an SSD but that would cost about 20 more bucks but I cna borrow that. And with pirated windows, I dont know, my dad used to be a dev and is really against pirating plus there are some risks like malware, and no automatic updates. I will be getting a 120gb samsung evo and raiding another one later. Could you update for the legal windows? And I would prefer a modular PSU
