[Solved] Forgot Password

Forgot Password

I haven't played crossfire for 1 year so i forgot my password
of course i can recover it through my E-mail and that's the problem
that the E-mail's password was almost the same as crossfire's password

I tried to recover my E-mail password which is Gmail
and that was almost impossible because it asks for hard infomation
that i can't answer and some other information that i don't really know

c: you shouldve used yahoo , if you put in your cell phone number they can text you the password right away. My guess is send a support ticket to z8games.

That says that GMs will ignore private reports that are sent to them through PM. The only way they will help you is through a Support Ticket so yes, send in a ticket.

It even tells you to contact them through Support, which is what we're all suggesting.

Up to 2 weeks, sometimes a week, and usually a few days (but if you are lucky, on the same day or the first 24 hours). They never answer on weekends (from friday's night to monday's morning) and only count business days for the time they take to answer.
