My cousins account has recently been locked.I do not need an unlock but rather admission that an unlock exists.If it DOES exist i will make the effort to find it on my own.

go to main page of runescape.com
and look for unlock locked acount
its under recover lost acount and recovery question
most reson they locked it it cuz they might have a reson to belive some one else has your pass word happend to me for some reson i filled in the recovery question adn did that it sayed thnx for unlocking the acount
or
are you band..??
was your acount band for scaming and or crap
idk can't help ya there...
