Change the Client-Skin

Hello everyone,
I want to mess around with the Client
skin's. But I have no idea how to get the
bitmaps (?).
Would be amazing if someone can help me.

Sothink decompiler. That's what I use, at least.

sothink Decompiler is one of the best ways to change what things look like but it costs some amount of money, so I found this cracked example that works just fine but is an old version.
