Can't make a KWR acc

I can't make a Korean Warrock account, every time I go to check the boxes to what I assume is an End User License Agreement, I get a strange error, but on windows, I don't have a Korean language pack, so it's just question marks. So, today I tried to register on Ubuntu (GNU/Linux) turns out, I have a Korean language pack, but I can't load any Nexon page.

Is everything I try futile?

Will someone be kind enough to donate an account to me?

I also would like an account, if anyone would be so nice to make me one as well.
