A way to test is inject the TNT.dll and d3d9 and see what happens when you press insert.

Try downloading the OCX file again and replacing the one in the folder.

i know. the first thing i tried is re-downloading, opening them with each other, of corse with admin, ect ect. its IS odd as you say
